How Tallywake uses order data

This policy describes what happens to the order rows you import and the reports you save in your Tallywake workspace.

Orders CSVs and saved reports

You provide an orders CSV. Depending on the columns in the file and the fields you map, Tallywake uses available order, date, product, quantity, revenue, and customer fields to calculate a report. After the report is assembled, the imported order rows are removed. The report is saved to your signed-in account so you can reopen it in your workspace. Reports are not emailed.

Delete imported data and reports

While signed in, open Data controls in your workspace, choose Delete uploaded data and reports, then confirm by choosing Delete my data. This removes only your imported order rows and saved reports. Your Tallywake account remains active; this action does not delete your account.
