A good read, not another dashboard

Know what happened.
Know what to try.

Your report turns store numbers into a short, useful story. Every observation is tied to your uploaded data, so you can see what changed without guessing at the reason.

01

Your numbers, in context

Revenue, number of orders, average spend per order, and the products bringing in the most and least revenue. When customer details are included, it can also spot repeat customers. Week or month comparisons need enough order dates and amounts.

02

What the order data can tell you

See patterns in the uploaded orders. The CSV can show what changed, but it cannot prove why sales changed.

03

Exactly three next steps

Three suggestions based on the rows—for example, review product mix before changing a promotion or check stock for a top seller.

Your platform, your file

A CSV is all you need.

Exports look a little different on every platform. Start with orders for the period you want to review; include product and customer details if your export offers them.

A few good questions

Before you upload.

Ask us anything
Do I need to connect my store?

No. Upload an orders CSV export from Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, or another platform. Tallywake does not need your store login or an integration.

What will the report include?

Revenue, number of orders, average spend per order, and which products brought in the most and least revenue. If your export includes customer details, it can show how many customers ordered more than once. Week and month comparisons need enough dates and order amounts. The report points to patterns, not their causes, and offers three practical actions based on the data.

How do you handle my data?

Temporary imported order rows are removed after the report is assembled. The report is saved to your account and is not shared or sold. Email this address to request deletion.

Will you email the report?

No. Report email delivery is off. Open your saved report in your Tallywake workspace after the CSV import.

How do I get a fresh report later?

Export another orders CSV for the period you want to review, then upload it from your reports workspace. Tallywake does not connect to your store automatically.
